Fest & Flauschig

Fest & Flauschig is a German talk podcast hosted by satirist Jan Böhmermann and musician Olli Schulz that premiered on Spotify on May 15, 2016. It followed their weekly radio show Sanft & Sorgfältig.

From September 9, 2012, to April 24, 2016, the two hosted Sanft & Sorgfältig on the Berlin public radio station Radio Eins and other ARD stations. On April 25, 2016, after a break, Böhmermann and Schulz announced the end of the radio show. Spotify signed them soon afterward, and Fest & Flauschig became the first Spotify Exclusive podcast, in Germany and worldwide. The move made the pair one of the earliest examples of a streaming service paying for a podcast that could be heard only on its own app.

Each episode is a loose conversation between the hosts about political rows, entertainment news and their own lives. Recurring segments include Die großen Fünf, in which they rank five things on a chosen theme, and Partyhopping, in which Schulz tells stories from parties. In January 2020, a second weekly episode called Auf die Hand was added. During the first COVID-19 lockdown in Germany in spring 2020, they released five episodes a week for a time, with guests such as virologist Christian Drosten.

In 2017, Spotify reported that it was the most-streamed podcast on its platform worldwide. The hosts hold a yearly charity show, the Weihnachtszirkus, which has raised money for German social causes. In May 2019, Spotify extended its deal with the two for three more seasons, and later renewed it again. In September 2026, the podcast added a video version on Spotify, showing Böhmermann and Schulz in the studio.
