Call Her Daddy

Call Her Daddy is an American interview and advice podcast created and hosted by Alex Cooper, first released in 2018. Cooper talks with her guests about relationships, sex and personal well-being.

Cooper began the podcast in 2018 with co-host Sofia Franklyn, and Barstool Sports took over its distribution a month later. After a public contract dispute in May 2020, Franklyn left, and Cooper stayed with Barstool as the only host. In June 2021, Cooper signed a three-year exclusive deal with Spotify worth more than $60 million. In August 2024, she moved the podcast to SiriusXM in a multi-year deal reported at $125 million, which also gave SiriusXM the advertising and distribution rights.

Early episodes were casual talks between the two hosts about dating in New York City and letters from college students asking for advice. The format later shifted to long interviews with actors, musicians, athletes and politicians. Guests have included Jane Fonda, Miley Cyrus and Post Malone, and Vice President Kamala Harris appeared in October 2024, during her presidential campaign. In September 2023, Cooper founded The Unwell Network, a company that produces shows for other creators, among them the influencer Alix Earle.

Time magazine named Cooper to its TIME100 Next list in 2023. In December 2025, Call Her Daddy was nominated for Best Podcast at the 83rd Golden Globe Awards, the first year the award was given. Spotify reported that musicians who appeared on the podcast saw their streams rise in the days after their episode, by 130% for Madison Beer and by 200% for John Legend.
