The Mel Robbins Podcast

The Mel Robbins Podcast is an audio and video podcast hosted by Mel Robbins that launched in October 2022. Production takes place through 143 Studios in Boston, Massachusetts, covering research on habit change, human behavior, mindset tools, and emotional health.

Robbins partnered with SiriusXM through its Stitcher division in October 2022 to handle distribution and advertising sales across podcast platforms. In June 2024, the podcast reached 100 million downloads across its episode catalog. SiriusXM entered into a new three-year contract agreement with Robbins in October 2024, maintaining exclusive global advertising representation through SiriusXM Media. The deal also established ad-free listening access for subscribers of SiriusXM Podcasts+ on Apple Podcasts and funded additional development for original audio projects created under the media imprint.

Episodes combine solo instructional sessions with long-form interview conversations that range from 60 to 90 minutes. Robbins answers listener audio questions on personal challenges, discusses psychological studies, and explains step-by-step cognitive techniques. Guest episodes bring in medical specialists, researchers, and psychologists who share empirical findings on brain health and emotional behavior. Featured guests on the podcast include Wharton School professor Adam Grant discussing human potential, media executive Oprah Winfrey speaking about life purpose, and physician Gabor Maté presenting clinical insights on trauma and recovery.

The Signal Awards named the show the Gold Winner for Most Inspirational Podcast in December 2022. At the 2023 Webby Awards, the podcast won the People's Voice Award in the Health, Wellness & Lifestyle category. Robbins won Best Overall Host for the podcast at the 2025 iHeartRadio Podcast Awards. A recurring podcast concept led to the book The Let Them Theory, published in December 2024. In May 2025, Robbins launched a live stage adaptation called Let Them: The Tour, holding events at venues such as the Boch Center Wang Theatre in Boston and The Chicago Theatre in Chicago.
